Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2โ4 business days. During Diwali, Navratri, and other peak seasons, dispatch may take a little longer.
Delivery and returns
Standard delivery timelines depend on your location after dispatch. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order details and clear photos so we can help promptly.

Can I return used ritual items?
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, used items and opened ritual consumables are generally not eligible for return.
